It is easy to do your own trip to Auschwitz for 54Zl (tour operators charge 100Zl) take the direct bus from the bus station (20Zl) and pay for a guided tour at the Camp (34Zl)

A bus runs from the airport into town (stopping downtown and at the bus station) approximately every half hour and costs 3Zl, the train costs 6Zl. Turn right out of the terminal and follow signs.
