LIMEREEF.COM USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (“User Agreement”) applies to your use of www.limereef.com, www.limereef.co.uk, and/or www.limereef.com.au (“Our Websites”).  All three domain names are owned and managed by Limereef.com Ltd.  By agreeing to the terms in this User Agreement you are agreeing to the terms as set by Limereef.com Ltd which apply jointly and severally to the three domain names hereafter referred to collectively as “Limereef.com” or “Our Websites”.

Limereef.com Ltd makes this website available to you (including all information, services, facilities, and products contained within it) subject to the following terms and conditions. By using Our Websites you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions you MUST NOT use Our Websites.

By registering as a member, or entering your login or e-mail address on Our Websites you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

We may cancel or restrict your membership of Limereef.com at any time, and without prior notice, if it is considered by Limereef.com Ltd or any of its agents that your use of Limereef.com, and the services contained within, is in breach of this User Agreement. You will not be entitled to any redress if your membership is cancelled or restricted even if this results in you suffering loss or harm as a consequence.

The websites displayed as search results or linked to by Limereef.com are developed by third parties over which Limereef.com has no control. The search results that appear are indexed by automated machinery and are not screened by Limereef.com before being displayed.

This User Agreement is governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising from this User Agreement.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

Once you register as a member, or enter your login, or e-mail address, you agree: -

• To protect your User Name and Password and not to disclose it to anyone else.
• You will not allow anyone else to use your User Name and Password.
• That should you disclose your password to anyone else it is your responsibility to change your password. You can change your password at any time via the Member’s Profile section.
• You are responsible for any actions on the website of someone else using your User Name and Password.
• To enter only your own e-mail address onto Our Websites.
• You will not pretend to be someone else or enter an invalid e-mail address.
• You will not register more than once on Limereef.com in order to abuse the site functionality.
• You will not do anything to assist anyone who is not a registered member to enter the Member's Area of Limereef.com.
• You have read the Limereef.com Privacy Policy and agree with its terms.
• You may be removed as a member from Limereef.com at any time, and without notice, if Limereef.com Ltd, or any of its agents, deem that your actions on Limereef.com are in breach of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
• You may be removed from Limereef.com as a member and your account detail deleted if you do not access any of Our Websites for 12 months, in which case your user name may be given to another user to create a new account.
• You will only download, print or make a copy or copies, or reproduce in any format, the content that other users have posted on the website, if you are certain that to do so does not infringe the rights of others, and in any event only for your own personal, and non-commercial use.
• You will not reproduce, transmit or disseminate in any format, any material or content of Limereef.com to any other website without the permission of Limereef.com Ltd.
• You will not reproduce, transmit or disseminate, in any format, any material or content of Limereef.com in any promotional or media format without the permission of Limereef.com Ltd.
• In certain circumstances Limereef.com Ltd may be prepared to grant permission for you to reproduce, transmit or disseminate content from Limereef.com. Requests for such permission should be sent to the Marketing Department at info@limereef.com.

YOUR POSTINGS ON THE WEBSITE

You agree:-

• To post content only in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement.
• You will not post anything that infringes the rights of others.
• You will not post anything which is unlawful.
• You will not post anything which is objectionable, which includes (but is not restricted to) content which is illegal, incites violence or terrorist activities, is offensive, immoral, obscene, pornographic, contains nudity, or is racist, vulgar, sexist, homophobic, hateful, defamatory, or is discriminatory in any way.
• You will not post anything you do not have the permission of the owner to post – this includes photographs.
• You will not advertise anything on the Notice board that you do not have the right or permission of the owner to advertise.
• You will not place any advertisements on the Notice board that are misleading, inaccurate or incorrect.
• You are solely responsible for any postings on the notice board and the consequences of any postings including legal action.
• Limereef.com Ltd may review your postings on the website at any time – including those that have been restricted as private or group viewing only, and Limereef.com Ltd has the right to remove or edit any postings at any time, and without prior notice if they are deemed by Limereef.com Ltd, or any of its agents, to be in breach of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
• You will not post content that includes hyperlinks to content not authorised to be posted on Our Websites.
• That other users may download, make copies of, and print your content or extracts of your content posted on the website for their own personal use.
• To indemnify Limereef.com Ltd for any loss incurred, third party liabilities, claims made, or damage caused, as a result of the content of any of your postings on the website.

OUR USE OF CONTENT SUBMITTED BY USERS

• When posting content onto Limereef.com as a Travel Tip, Travel Story, or Review, you agree that Limereef.com Ltd may use some or all of that content, including photographs, elsewhere on Limereef.com or for promotional purposes.
• In relation to any content posted, we reserve the right to use or not use, edit or reproduce the content posted.
• You will not receive payment for any content that is posted or submitted to Our Websites and that is reproduced on the website or used for promotional purposes by Limereef.com Ltd.
• You will still own the copyright of anything you submit to us (and of which you are the rightful owner of the copyright) and you are free to republish the content in any format and medium you wish, save that this does not apply if Limereef.com Ltd has purchased the copyright from you or the rightful copyright owner.

WHAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR

• We do not accept responsibility for any loss, inconvenience or injury suffered to any user as a result of reliance on data that is contained within Limereef.com even if that data is inaccurate or misleading.
• We do not accept and will not accept responsibility for any content on Limereef.com which is (but is not limited to) illegal, incites violence or terrorist activities, is offensive, immoral, obscene, pornographic, contains nudity, or is racist, vulgar, sexist, homophobic, hateful, defamatory, or is discriminatory in any way. If we become aware of content that is unacceptable or falls into any of the above categories, or infringes the rights of others we will do our utmost to edit or remove the content or mediate with the users involved – however this cannot be guaranteed in every case. Whilst we randomly monitor the content of the website we cannot guarantee to identify any content that falls into the above categories.
• We do not accept responsibility for the contents or actions of any websites you access via Limereef.com.
• We do not accept responsibility for any virus or contamination that results from your use of Limereef.com. You must take your own precautions to protect against such infections.
• We are not responsible for the content of any advertisements or hyperlinks posted on Limereef.com, including those posted on the Notice board. The individual advertisers are solely responsible for the advertisements including any inaccuracies, misrepresentations or errors. The fact they have been displayed on Our Websites does not mean that they have been approved by or are endorsed by Limereef.com Ltd.
• A search using Limereef.com services may produce results and links to websites that some users find objectionable or offensive. We do not assume any responsibility for the content of any website listed in a search.
• We do not accept any responsibility or liability for interruption or delay of access to www.limereef.com, www.limereef.co.uk, or www.limereef.com.au

LEGAL JURISDICTION

If any of the terms contained in this User Agreement are deemed by the courts, within the jurisdiction of English law, to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms within this User Agreement will still apply and will not be deemed to have been affected in any way.

Limereef.com Ltd may assign its rights and obligations under this User Agreement to any party without your consent, and does not need to provide you with advance notice that it intends to do so.
